Project Manager / Aviation - Burns & McDonnell

Tom serves as an Aviation Project Manager at Burns & McDonnell where he provides professional services on airport projects throughout the country, covering airports of all sizes and services. With a technical background in civil engineering, Tom has a deep understanding of airfield design and construction. As a project manager, Tom has administered planning, design, construction, and program management services for the national aviation practice at Burns & McDonnell.

Cody Baciuska
Vice President - Loomacres Wildlife Management

Cody Baciuska is the vice president and co-founder of Loomacres Wildlife Management Inc. Mr. Baciuska has conducted Wildlife Hazard Assessments, developed Wildlife Hazard Management Plans, and has conducted numerous airport related research studies.  Mr. Baciuska has provided wildlife hazard mitigation for some of the largest airports in the United States, Asia, Africa and Caribbean. In addition to being a FAA qualified Airport Wildlife Biologist; Mr. Baciuska is a member of the Bird Strike USA Policy Committee, and a member of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association, the Wildlife Society and is the current president of the NYS Wildlife Management Association. In addition, Mr. Baciuska is a Certified National Rifle Association Firearms Instructor. 

Marcus Machemehl
Airport Wildlife Biologist - San Antonio International Airport

Mr. Marcus Machemehl, Q.W.B. has worked at the City of San Antonio, San Antonio Airport Systems (SAAS) for 15 years.  He graduated from the University of Texas A&M in 2006 with Range Sciences degree. Mr. Machemehl provides administrative oversight for the following aspects of Wildlife Management: Wildlife Mitigation, Wildlife Training Program, and Wildlife Hazard Management Program.  Additionally, he makes recommendations on management systems and planning for wildlife populations and habitat, consulting with stakeholders. Marcus specializes in wildlife research and management; collects and analyzes biological data to determine the environmental effects of present and potential use of land and water habitats.
