Speaker: Kerry Trosper, Bassco Services

During this GA meeting the chapter will be presenting NFPA 407 specifically the scully signal for fuel farms and mobile units.

During the presentation Mr. Kerry Trosper (Bassco Services)  will provide information on the scully system itself, what is its purpose to aviation. Mr. Trosper will discuss the cost of the system, regulatory requirements, and the enforcement arm to the airports and the deadline for compliance. Mr. Trosper will also talk to the maintenance and training of the system.

Kerry Trosper, Bassco Services

Kerry Trosper is Customer Service Manager for Bassco Services. Kerry started his aviation career sweeping hangar floors and washing airplanes for Dugosh Flying Service at ERV while still in High School. Kerry has had many diverse positions in the industry including Chemical Product Line Manager for Hammonds Fuel Additives. He was responsible for the Biobor JF and Prist product lines. He has held FBO management positions including GM for Landmark Aviation at SPS and CID. He was also Station Manager for Allegiant Airlines at CID. In his spare time, Kerry enjoys fishing and Woodworking.
