About the Conference
We are pleased to host the General Aviation (GA) Conference from August 16-18, 2026, in Chicago, IL.
This annual gathering of industry stakeholders focuses on tackling the most challenging issues facing general aviation today and analyzing current trends to help airports better prepare for the future. The interactive format of the sessions will provide an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss and debate a variety of issues vital to general aviation.

Hotel & Travel
All conference events, except where noted in the agenda, will be held at the Omni Chicago Hotel, located at 676 North Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611.
A discounted room block is available for attendees at a special rate of $209 plus tax. The last day to receive the discounted rate is Monday, July 27, 2026. Rooms may sell out before this date, so early reservations are encouraged.

Airport Management and Compliance Workshop
The AAAE/AMCG Airport Management and Compliance Workshop will take place immediately following the conference, August 18-19, 2026, in Chicago, IL.
The workshop will focus on practical tools and best practices for managing airports and complying with federal obligations, including:
