Agenda:

8:00 am – 8:30 am | Depart El Paso - Paso Del Norte Hotel Pick Up*
10:30 am – 10:45 am | Arrive Spaceport America
10:45 am – 12:15 pm | Tour of the Gateway to Space (GTS) with Virgin Galactic
12:15 pm – 12:30 pm | On Runway, pics in front of the Gateway to Space (GTS)
12:30 pm – 1:00 pm | Return to SOC Classroom; Lunch & Discussion
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm | Tour of Spin Launch facility (includes travel time to site – weather / road conditions permitting)
2:00 pm | Depart for El Paso
3:45 pm – 4:00 pm | Arrive in El Paso - Drop Off at Paso Del Norte Hotel

*Pick up will be at Paso Del Norte Hotel. This is 1.5 hours from El Paso. Only those on the SCC transportation will be allowed on site. No late arrivals.

Security Requirements:
Due to tight security restrictions please read the below. Information is required to be submitted by March 31, 2026 directly to Spaceport America - Airfield Manager, Jim Henry - [email protected]. If these items are not submitted in time we will refund your registration. You will not be able to participate.

Please provide one of the following proof of person documentation from the list below for each visitor:   

A. Color copy of original Passport or Passport Card (Current or Expired) OR 

B. Color copy of original valid Driver’s License AND State-Issued Birth Certificate OR 
Note: Both documents must have matching names, or a name change document, marriage certificate or divorce certificate will need to accompany the documents as well 

C. Color copy of original valid Permanent Resident Card OR  

D. Military ID (Current or Expired) / Common Access Card (CAC) OR 

E. Color copy of original valid Real ID (from following states ONLY): 

1. Texas  

2. Kentucky  

3. New Hampshire   

4. Washington State (not D.C.)  

5. All other states must provide as listed in “b” above  

Note: Clear and Enhanced IDs do not qualify as adequate proof of U.S. person unless it is from one of the states listed in “E”  

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given if security documents are not given by March 31, 2026 or if email confirmation is received by April 3rd. Post April 3rd there are no refunds for general cancellations.
