Speaker: Casey Coker - Women in Aviation North Texas President  

Casey Coker is a business development and aviation community leader dedicated to advancing inclusion, representation, and access to opportunity across the aviation industry. She currently serves as President of the Women in Aviation North Texas Chapter, where she leads initiatives centered on mentorship, workforce development, outreach, and building strong, supportive networks for women and underrepresented groups.

Casey’s career spans aviation staffing, recruiting, and FAA-certified aviation maintenance and professional training, giving her a well-rounded, real-world perspective on how careers are built and sustained across multiple sectors of aviation. Her work focuses on connecting education, industry, and community to create meaningful pathways for the next generation of aviation professionals.
In addition to her role with Women in Aviation, Casey is actively involved with the North Texas Business Aviation Association, NBAA Young Professionals, HigherVets, the Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance, and Leading Ladies of Aerospace. Through these organizations, she collaborates with industry leaders to support workforce development, leadership growth, and inclusive engagement across business aviation and beyond.

A frequent panelist, event organizer, and industry advocate, Casey brings an authentic, people-first approach to leadership and is passionate about empowering individuals to see possibilities beyond traditional career paths while helping aviation organizations build stronger, more inclusive futures.
